Delivery charges
Standard delivery is free when the goods total reaches $50 after any discount. Below that, standard delivery is $22. Express delivery is $22 on any order, including orders above the free standard-delivery threshold. All amounts are in USD.
Timing and tracking
Estimated delivery to the United States and Canada is 5 to 7 days, plus 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing. These are estimates. No separate guaranteed express arrival date is offered. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Items in one purchase may arrive separately.
Other destinations
The checkout lists the supported delivery countries. Contact us for a delivery estimate outside the United States and Canada before ordering. Delivery charges remain in USD.
If shipment is delayed
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the delay and offer you the choice of agreeing to the revised time or cancelling for a full refund, as required by applicable law. See the FTC delivery guidance.
